1.  Child Passenger Safety: Protecting our Most Precious Cargo

New Jersey has been on the cutting edge in instituting passenger safety laws that have helped to significantly reduce the number of deaths and injuries to young children.  However, there are still many preventable car related deaths and injuries each year.  Children most at risk are young school age children that no longer fit in a car seat but still need to be in a booster seat as well as young children that are allowed to sit in the front seat.  Read more>>

 

2.  Protecting Children while on the Super Information Highway
The internet is an amazing tool for research, education, entertainment and much more. However, many are unaware of the hidden dangers of being logged on to the net. Most parents worry that their children will be kidnapped off the street, but in fact the danger may be in their own home.  Read more>>

 

Internet Safety Tips

Check out tip sheets to help keep children safe while they surf the world wide wed.   Everyone plays a role in ensuring children’s safety from cyber bullying and child predators.  These tip sheets can be reproduced and handed out to parents.
